Product import: Import more than 50,000 spare parts.
Flexibility: Remain as standard as possible while meeting highly specific business requirements.
Incorrect product type classification: In the previous Odoo database, goods and services were mixed and sometimes grouped under a single product, causing operational and reporting inconsistencies.
Maintenance subscription management: Implementing a reliable system to sell, schedule, and automatically invoice recurring maintenance contracts was a key challenge.
Electronic invoicing compliance and automation: Integration with Peppol was essential to comply with electronic invoicing regulations and streamline accounting processes.
Complete customer experience: Fernatech wanted to provide its customers with a full digital experience, including a website and a customer portal where they could access their invoices, service requests, and documents.
THE SOLUTION
Full Odoo implementation: Agitech deployed a centralized ERP solution covering sales, invoicing, subscriptions, field service operations, and customer management.
Automated subscription management: Creation of maintenance subscription services enabling:
- automatic contract generation,
- automatic intervention scheduling,
- recurring invoicing,
- automatic customer confirmation emails.
Stripe and electronic payment integration: Connection of Stripe terminals with Odoo to enable:
- on-site payments,
- automatic synchronization with accounting,
- reduced errors and significant administrative time savings.
