From our offices in Auderghem, we help around forty Belgian SMEs improve their performance every day. We work hard, and we have fun doing it. And since we’ll likely spend several thousand hours together, we might as well be clear from the start.

We’re looking for someone calm, reliable, who takes pride in their work and owns their responsibilities. Micromanagement and rigid hierarchies aren’t our thing. Here, everyone matters.

The atmosphere is relaxed, but we stay professional: our clients are demanding, and so are we. Need to leave at 4pm for pétanque? No problem. But leaving a client without a response for two days is not acceptable. If you enjoy sports, parties, and Thursday drinks, that’s a plus too.

In short, we’re looking for someone who is professional and easy to get along with. That’s all… but it’s rare.
