Odoo driven by AI (MCP)

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard that lets an AI such as Claude or ChatGPT connect directly to your Odoo. The AI no longer guesses: it reads your real data, with the permissions you define.

  • Query your data in plain language: "Which customers have an invoice more than 30 days overdue?"
  • Generate reports and summaries (sales, stock, margins) without an Excel export
  • Trigger actions from a simple request: prepare a quote, create a task, update a record
  • Stay in control: the AI acts with the access of an Odoo user, and you choose what it can read or change

We set up the connection, define the AI's scope with you and build, at a fixed price, the custom tools it needs.

02

Limitless customisation

Customer portals, mobile apps, business screens, connectors to your tools: with AI, what used to be out of reach becomes achievable. There is no limit to what your Odoo can do for your business.

And this customisation comes with a top-notch UX: clear, fast and pleasant interfaces, designed for your teams.

A poorly designed ERP gets bypassed: people go back to Excel and you lose the benefit of the project. We treat usability as part of development, not as a finishing touch.

03

Future-proof developments across migrations

Custom development must not block your next Odoo upgrade. What we build stays compatible with new versions, under the maintenance contract: we adapt it at every migration.

We deliver the source code and documentation, so you depend on nobody.

04

A no-surprise fixed price to support you

The fixed price sets the frame: a price, a written scope, a date.

We even offer a subscription for those who build on Odoo themselves with AI but want ongoing maintenance and security monitoring.

With time-and-materials, you sign an hourly rate and an estimate. If the project slips, the bill follows. You alone carry the risk of an estimate you didn't make.

It's the industry's standard model, and that's exactly why many business owners give up on genuinely useful developments: the uncertainty costs more than the project itself.

How we work

01

Scoping (billed, a few days)

We write down together exactly what needs to be built, down to the screens. This document is yours, even if you don't go further.

02

Fixed price

From the scoping document, we commit to an amount and a date. Not a range.

03

Development

We deliver in stages, you validate as we go.

What the fixed price doesn't cover

The fixed price applies to development whose scope is written down. It doesn't cover day-to-day support, ongoing hand-holding, or scope changes decided mid-project — those go through a priced amendment using the same method.

We don't take on a project without prior scoping, and we don't take over existing development without an audit.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price really fixed?

Yes, for the scope described in the scoping document. Any request outside it goes through a priced amendment before being carried out.

What happens if development takes longer than planned?

That's our risk. The price doesn't change.

Do you use AI to develop?

Yes, extensively. It's what makes the fixed price possible, and what lets us take on projects we would have advised against two years ago. You pay for the feature delivered and its maintenance, not for hours spent.

What happens to the code if we switch partners?

It's yours. We deliver the source code and the documentation.

Do you work outside of Odoo?

Yes — customer portals, mobile apps, business interfaces connected to Odoo via API.

Is project management also fixed-price?

No, project management (implementation scoping, configuration, training, guidance) stays billed on a time-and-materials basis. It depends too much on the client, the number of users and edge cases that can't be written down in advance. The fixed price applies to development whose scope is defined in writing.
